Terms & Conditions

Apartments are available from 2pm on the day of arrival. All accommodation is to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Secure luggage storage facility available if required. Please aim to arrive between 14:00 and 17:00 on day of arrival. Please inform us if you are running late by contacting 01253 357147 or texting 07919 340365 with your name and apartment number along with your expected time of arrival.

A £50.00 deposit is required if booking over the phone. A 30% deposit will be required if booking online via our secure online booking system. Full payment will be taken from the credit card used at time of booking 4 weeks prior to arrival unless payment arrangements are made with the proprietors. Sorry, we cannot except cheques as payment unless backed up with a valid credit card.The number of persons stated during booking must be adhered to at all times. Additional charges are implemented for all persons above and beyond the original booking. All children’s ages to be stated where applicable. All deposits are non-refundable.

Full payment will be taken 4 weeks prior to arrival from the credit card used at the time of booking, unless payment arrangements are made with the proprietor.

All non-guests or visitors strictly require the proprietors consent prior to admittance. The proprietors reserve the right to refuse or accept conditionally.

Visitor’s valuables are left in the apartments at their own risk. The proprietors accept no responsibility for loss of guests property unless handed in for safe custody. Visitors are liable for all damage and breakages.  Small pets are permitted. Maximum 2 pets per apartment unless discussed with proprietors before arrival. GUIDE DOGS ARE ACCEPTED.

The proprietors reserve the right to cancel accommodation if at any time in their opinion the behaviour of guests is such that the comfort and enjoyment of others is disturbed or endangered. In this event you will be asked to leave without entitlement to compensation.

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of deposit and at the tariff applicable according to the season.

In the event of any cancellation or curtailment, should the accommodation not be re-let, then the person whose name appears on the booking receipt will be liable to pay for the total costs per the reservation, unless the cancellation or curtailment was made 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.

Deposits are not refundable but will be deductible from any Insurance claim for compensation arising out of any cancellation or curtailment of the contract.

If the deposit has been paid using a credit or debit card authorised account number, then any payment due, owing to cancellation or curtailment will be made on this same account number by the proprietors. Also payment for any damage caused will be made in this way and the card holder will be notified.

The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is a part to that contract , cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of any other guests.

Prices

Our prices may vary from time to time. The price you are given at the time of booking will be the price owed for that booking. This price will not alter up or down or reflect on any future deals. To guarantee best prices at the time of booking always book direct and not through a 3rd party booking system.

No Stag and Hens

We do not accept Stag and Hens. Your booking will be cancelled if you  have booked for a Stag and Hen Party through any third party booking site. We are strictly couples and families only. Other groups are welcome but please call us.

Pet policy

Small pets are allowed for £5 per night per pet. All pets must not be left on their own with out the proprietors express consent. All pets must be house trained  and at least 15 months old and any damage such as soiling or destruction of property will be charged to the card that was used at time of booking. Maximum 2 dogs per apartment unless discussed with proprietors before arrival.

When booking your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract and you are stating that you are happy with the terms and conditions and that deposits are not refundable. It is highly recommended that you take out holiday Insurance cover.
